Tracey Fernandez, CMP

General Manager

Tracey Fernandez is responsible for overseeing the strategy for the development and execution of fundable, innovative continuing medical education (CME) activities.  A certified meeting professional, Tracey has dedicated her career to providing leadership in medical meetings and event management, particularly in the educational space.  Prior to joining CCM in 2011, Tracey served as Senior Specialist in Education for the American College of Cardiology in Washington, D.C. where she regularly managed meetings for thousands of physicians.  With more than a decade of experience, Tracey leads Complete Conference Management’s development of educational activities resulting in increased knowledge and competence in physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations with a minor in business from Howard University.

 

Jonas Nash, CMP

Director of Account Services & Quality Assurance

A Washington, D.C. native, Jonas Nash has developed a serious passion for the nuances and complexities involved with providing quality education programs to physicians and allied health professionals. While attending Virginia Commonwealth University, Jonas joined one of the nation’s premier hospitality management companies and was awarded the “Best of the Best” designation for nearly a decade of work in the convention planning and services divisions. From there Jonas set his sights on the “Best of the Best” in medical education, joining Complete Conference Management in 2007. Jonas maintains a devotion to excellence in nearly all aspects of live CME activities and is a trusted associate of CCM’s physician partners, faculty, attendees and industry.  When not devoting his professional time to medical education, Jonas enjoys reading, collecting antiques, playing chess and experiencing the flora and fauna of South Florida with his family.

Brian Snyder, CMP

Meeting Manager

Brian Snyder joined the CCM team in September 2014, bringing with him over 15 years of experience delivering top-notch conferences and events from inception to execution. While mastering his craft in Washington, D.C., Brian supervised the development and planning of educational conferences for the American Association of Airport Executives and the National Crime Prevention Council. He earned the professional designation of certified meeting professional in September 2008 from the Convention Industry Council and maintains it through professional development and education.

Headquartered in Tampa, Florida and founded in 1994, UMA offers content-rich, interactive online courses as well as hands-on training at our campuses. UMA students have access to academic advising, one-on-one or group tutoring, résumé and interview coaching, job search assistance, technical support and more.

Accreditation

Ultimate Medical Academy is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). ABHES is recognized by the Secretary of Education as a specialized, national accrediting body determined to be a reliable authority as to the quality of training offered by the educational institutions and programs it accredits. Its approved and recognized scope includes degree and non-degree granting private, postsecondary institutions offering educational programs predominantly in allied health; and the programmatic accreditation of public and private medical assistant, medical laboratory technician, and surgical technology programs. ABHES accreditation does not extend to continuing education programs.
